Email hello@ludius12.com. You can also use Settings → Send feedback inside the app. Please tell us your phone model, iOS version and what happened.

Delete your account

Open Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom. Your account and progress are permanently removed. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

Report a wrong quiz answer

Use Send feedback → Quiz issue and describe the question. Facts matter to us and we check every report.

Sign-in problems

You can play as a guest and sign in later with Apple, Google or Facebook to keep your progress. If sign-in fails, check your internet connection, update the app and try again, then write to us.
