Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Ludius12 app (“the app”) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
Who we are
Ludius12 is operated by Kamran Sultanov (individual developer). Contact: hello@ludius12.com.
What we collect
- Account. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook we receive an account identifier and, depending on what you share, your email address and name. You can also play as a guest, in which case we create an anonymous identifier.
- Profile and progress. Display name, avatar, quiz results, Daily streak and statistics, badges, and kit ratings you give.
- Feedback. If you send feedback: your message, topic, app version and platform.
- Usage and diagnostics. We use Firebase Analytics to see which features are used (for example, a quiz was started or a kit was rated) and Firebase Crashlytics to find crashes. These tools receive technical information such as device model, OS version, app version, a random app-instance identifier and, if signed in, your account identifier.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. We do not show ads and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
How we use it
- To run the app: sign you in, save your progress and show your profile.
- To improve quality: fix crashes, understand which features people use, answer feedback.
- To keep the service safe: limit abuse such as repeated feedback spam.
We never sell your personal data.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase — database and sign-in.
- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reports.
- Cloudflare — image and website delivery.
- Apple, Google, Facebook — only if you choose their sign-in.
Sharing
When you share a result, the app creates an image and passes it to the app you choose (for example a messenger). We do not see where you send it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and progress. Feedback messages are kept without a link to your account. Analytics and crash data are kept by Firebase for a limited period under its standard settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing. Email hello@ludius12.com and we will respond.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
